Each and every customer has a 24 hour time period in which they can cancel, edit, change, or replace any jersey that has been purchased.


After a jersey has been shipped, the customer will be emailed with a shipping confirmation which states the jerseys that have been purchased, the total cost of the order, and will also include the tracking number.


Customized jerseys will not be accepted for returns or refunds. Refunds will only be accepted if package has been lost and not found in the tracking number records. 


It is the customer's responsibility to wash and dry the jersey correctly to ensure no damage being done. YouTube videos can provide with assistance on how to properly clean jerseys without damaging them.


WARNING: it is the customer's responsibility to do their own research before attempting anything that could possibly harm the quality of their products.
